Terms and conditions of the exchange and return policy:
* Return and exchange within (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
* To benefit from the return and exchange services, the original invoice must be brought.
* The product must be in the same condition as when purchased and wrapped in its original packaging.
* If the product has been opened by the customer or used or tried, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
* The exchange is made according to the value of the product and at the same price or the difference is paid, if any, and it cannot be exchanged for less than the value of the product.
* The consumer bears the costs incurred in the return and exchange process.
* The customer must pay the shipping fee (40 SAR) for return and exchange.
To refund the value of purchases made by bank transfers, the amount will be returned through our bank account to the customer in the same way that payment was made, from (7 - to 14) business days.
Returning collection amounts to other companies is subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider.
How to return a product:
If you received your product by delivery (shipping), you must contact us if you wish to return the product.
The process of returning the amounts paid will be completed after we receive the product and examine it to confirm.
Terms and conditions of the order cancellation policy:
* In the event of cancellation of the order, the shipping and delivery value (40 SAR) will be deducted, plus 3% banking service fees (Tabby - Tamara - Mada - Apple Pay)
* If the order is canceled before the shipment is delivered and issued to the delivery company, only 3% banking service fees will be deducted.
* Cancellation fees apply to orders that have been received or not received by the customer.
* The refund process will be done after we receive the product and check it to make sure. The cancellation process will be done according to the customer"s desire and approval of the terms and conditions.
